The Studio Loft at Fernwood Hills is ideal for a romantic getaway, creative retreat, or peaceful escape. This bright and airy space includes:

-King loft bed with plush linens and pillows

-Cozy gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance

-Full private bathroom with shower and fresh towels

-Fridge, microwave, kettle, and Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite pods!)

-High-speed internet to stay connected as needed

-Private fire pit for a relaxing outdoor experience

Enhance Your Stay

Take your experience to the next level with these optional add-ons. All add-ons are subject to availability and must be requested and confirmed in advance and are payable via e-transfer.

Romance Package – $175 Includes a gourmet grazing board with hot and cold appetizers, a dinner board, and a homemade dessert, delivered to your loft upon arrival. (Some allergies may not be accommodated.)

Photography Package – $200 Enjoy a one-hour couples' photography session with photographer Lee Mann, including 50 professionally edited images.

You’ll have private access to the entire Studio Loft, with a personal entry code for a seamless check-in. While Fernwood Hills spans 40 acres, the area around the Studio Loft is completely private, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Your stay is designed for privacy and independence, but our team is usually on-site if needed. Simply follow the signs to the Studio Loft for a smooth arrival.

We are in the town of Komoka just 5 min west of London just off the highway 402.

Though we offer lots of walking trails and places to spend time in our forest on the property, we are located just off the highway 402 and Oxford St, making it easy to get around the area by car to many different places nearby.

Important Information

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

No children, infants, or pets

No additional guests or parties – the loft is designed for two guests only

No indoor flames – for safety reasons, only flameless candles are allowed inside

Be mindful of nature – as a forested property, expect mud or bugs depending on the season

We are a working property – Fernwood Hills Guests may see us caring for the land, tending to our chickens and gardens, performing maintenance, or hosting other guests.

Respect other guests – While we encourage you to explore, please be mindful of the privacy and experience of others staying on the property.
